if you used the buy now button of multiply when you purchase your order you can report it to multiply, you may contact there customer service department...

Hello there, I hope multiply can also support provincial sellers like us that used other shipping methods like AIR21, JRS and LBC the free shipping season would be a boost only to those sellers in the Metro Manila area who's actually using XEND but like what Ive said provincial sellers like us who do not have that benefits will be in trouble since a lot of buyers would rather choose buying with those sellers with free shipping.

Was also wondering about that until I saw the Summary reflecting that she bought 2 shirts or bought P600 worth of items making the buyer eligible for free shipping :)
So the shopper will only pay for the amount of the item, and we'll pay for the shipping. You'll receive both payment for the item or shipping so you can then pay Xend when they pick up the items.
You just need to use XEND in your Shipping Profile :) Of course you need to be using the new system to be eligible.

Multiply Sellers using the new system now have the capability to create special discount codes. Just ask the seller to create a discount code for you.

Then there could be an issue with your items' shipping profiles.
I accurately measured and weighed every item. I don't encounter variance in shipping rates for single-item purchases. Usually on multiple-item purchases. Multiply's basis is on the weight of the package. Xend's rider based the shipping rate on the pouch size.

Please make sure that you measure your items the way you ship them.
For example, if you sell shirts and you fold it when you ship it, make sure that what you put in your shipping profile is the dimensions of the folded shirt (exactly how you fold it when you ship).
This is specially applicable when doing bulk orders.

You need to be using Xend as courier in your Shipping Profile (Stockroom > Shipping Profile) for your products you want to be eligible for free shipping.
Then your buyer must buy a minimum amount of P400 worth of eligible products.
Bro, if I would be doing a one time shipping of bulky toys (costs more than 400) how do I go about computing for the fee? Kasi you mentioned na anything more than 400php eh to be paid by the buyer.
And just to clarify, we still pay xend upon getting the item, Multiply will just credit is with 400php in our wallet, right?
We'll calculate the shipping to be paid by the buyer upon checkout. So if a buyer is about to checkout a P600 order, we'll be charging P200, and the P400 will just be shown as a discount.
Then, after buyer pays for the whole order, we will just credit the P400 to your wallet.

As I have read from previous comments here... When buyer pays, the amount will be forwarded to the seller so that the seller can SHIP the items to the buyer, correct?
in our case, our buyers have already received their items, BUT MULTIPLY has not disbursed our funds yet, and the wallet contains about 10K+php now excluding shipping fees that have accumulated since NOVEMBER 18, 2011... Multiply DID NOT DISBURSE the funds to our account, despite our customers RECEIVING their ORDERS already. So what did we do? We asked our customers for an agreement that we will ask multiply to refund their payments directly to our buyers so that our buyers can directly pay for their orders through us.
So ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SET THEIR ITEMS UP FOR FREE SHIPPING, THE RISKS INVOLVED--- YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE DISBURSED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. MULTIPLY EXPECTS YOU TO SHIP THE ITEM BEFORE THEY DISBURSE THE FUNDS, AS WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO US THIS PAST WEEKS.
and we are still trying to reach their customers service until now, who, or the past 3-4 days already, have not given a reply...

There is no REFUND OPTION here in multiply when the payment has already been sent to us sellers, so if our items are out of stock or if the buyer would change her order/ change some minor details, address, or name in her orders through contacts outside multiply, multiply will directly HOLD your disbursements. Also, what's a wallet if we cannot use it to buy stuff here in multiply too?
I think it is still better DIRECTLY NEGOTIATING WITH YOUR BUYERS THAN PLACING THE ORDERS THROUGH THE CART SYSTEM HERE IN MULTIPLY. We tried it out, we were disappointed, VERY disappointed.
so do not place BUY NOW in your products page, instead place INQUIRE buttons only.

Nope, P400 and above lang. Sa sample sa itaas ipinapakita lang na eligible ang item na yan for Free Delivery. Pero kung titignan mo dun sa pangalawang screenshot, dalawang tshirt ang kinuha (P600) para makakuha ng free shipping.

A customer order multiple items from me for shipping within Metro Manila. The free shipping promo did not reflect on the order summary, and my customer has been charged Php49 shipping. First, shouldn't this be qualified for free shipping, since the amount ordered is about PHp2,000, and shipping for these items wouldn't exceed Php400? Second, if Multiply charged Php49 shipping for this order, which would be the amount disbursed to my wallet. For sure, xend would charge me way more than Php49 for these items. I've sent an e-mail to your customer service just now, but I'm not sure if i would get a feedback regarding this issue, so I also posted it here for everyone else to read. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
P.S. - Please don't ask me again about my weight and dimension inputs. I hae accurately weighed and measured my items with its packaging prior to posting.

Again po, Ms dela Cruz is not replying to our emails. =( Not even anyone from your csph customers service. This is really BAD! I really hoped this problem would get solved soon, pero wala pa rin e. We really do not know what your reason is of holding the funds, when the buyers HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THEIR ITEMS. Also, we could let it go if PHP1000.00+ lang, pero hindi eh, PHP10K yun. What happened to us really is the reverse of what others are doing Before they ship out, the payments are disbursed na eh, We took the liberty to ship the items na nga lang to the buyers ahead kasi we noted that really 2-3 days after payment we ship their items, we saw naman their payments going in and they sent their proof of payments to us too, PERO YOU HELD ONTO THOSE FUNDS, so what will happen to us sellers here sa multiply? ALERT naman po sa pag reply ng emails, the anxiety you are causing us sellers whom you've held sa funds, don't you know it can cause health problems too? are you willing to pay for that as well? Why would you question a 0.50kg shipment when the content were socks and file folders(of course that is very light!) , and say it were CD's? did you even bother looking sa orders kung ano talaga laman nun?
And we even suggested you REFUND OUR BUYERS na lang for them TO MAKE PAYMENT DIRECTLY TO US, but you won't even acknowledge that request, instead prolonging this matter even longer.

In the Stockroom, there is a PAYMENTS link on the left rail. Click that and you'll be taken to your bank account number. Simply change the account number that you first put there :)

You need to use the Payment Slip instead of the Deposit Slip as shown in the example in the order message :) If the Payment Slip is same as the Deposit slip, you need to check the PAYMENT option :)

So does that mean that we have to send the items first before we can get the payment? This is not good news for small businesses who doesn't have a capital yet.
And you should really inform the sellers about that publicly. All I know is what's posted in my stockroom "Disbursals done the next business day" which I've heard isn't actually true since someone said it takes a few days.

Siguro nga it's easy. Pero it's expensive. Do you know how expensive it is to open a savings account in both those banks? Maybe it's nothing to established online sellers, but to newbies? The new platform isn't for budding sellers with zero/minimum capital. Mas hassle pa nga cya actually.

I think Xend picks up from Rizal so you're eligible for Free Shipping :) Just make sure that you use Xend in your Shipping Profile.

Yup, magkaibang delivery yun since the items will come from different sellers. Just put both items in the cart, then mag Check Out ka. 1 time nalang bayad mo para sa dalawang items na yun, pero magkahiwalay yung delivery.

Check your Inbox>Orders and see if your payment has already been verified by the bank. Kung verified na, the merchant/seller can already ship. If you want to know when your item will be shipped, you can contact the seller directly.

In the order message, you'll see a shipping fee, but if you read the topmost note it explains that the discount has been applied. The amount in the payment summary only reflects how much the shipping fee is, not how much you paid for it.

There is no problem po kung free shipping talaga ang store na binilan nyo... Ang multiply po iba ang policy for FREE SHIPPING and limited offer. Yung ngayong FREE SHIPPING ng Multiply will end on MARCH 31, 2012.....
Of course you can buy from her but if it's just safer if you buy from merchants na may Trusted Badge since we verified na totoo sila. Mas may peace of mind ka if sa kanila ka bumili.

Here's what the STORE should know:
From now until March 31st, 2012 Multiply is offering free shipping on eligible orders over Php 400 or Rp. 100.000 when courier service is handled by Xend in the Philippines or JNE in Indonesia.
1) After the BUYER bought a product that is eligible for FREE SHIPPING by Multiply, the amount that MULTIPLY will ask the BUYER to pay is the amount of the PRODUCT alone. The SHIPPING FEE of the STORE will not be charge to the BUYER.
2) After the BUYER paid the amount, MULTIPLY will send two (2) payments to the SELLER. 1ST: the payment for the product and 2ND: the payment for the FREE SHIPPING.

So the shopper will only pay for the amount of the item, and we'll pay for the shipping. You'll receive both payment for the item or shipping so you can then pay Xend when they pick up the items.

Did you use a discount code coming from the seller? If you did, the "DISCOUNT CODE" will be applied to your purchase not the " FREE SHIPPING". You cannot use both discount at the same time.
Base on your situation, the reason why the "SHIPPING FEE" increases at you add items on your shopping cart is because of the weight of your purchase. (ex.1 kilo is P50, 3 kilos is P90 and etc.)

Eh as I backread sa thread na to, laging sagot eh payment slip. Eh di ba computerized na yung system ng bpi ngayon, so pag magbabayad ka, may machine then you enter your transaction and get your number. Bills payment nman ung ginagawa ko, then ffill up mo nga ung reference number, kaso pagdating sa teller, account number yung hinihingi niya. Eh reference number lang nman binibigay ng multiply. Can anyone enlighten me on this :(

@jaceme: Sellers wait for Multiply's verification of payment before they ship out the items to buyers.. Multiply usually takes 1 day for them to verify payment. You can email the customer support of Multiply if after 1 day, your payment hasn't been verified.

Hi mcille1982, if you have already clicked BUY NOW and paid for it, you do not have to worry because your purchase has already been counted. You may have gotten one of the last pieces that the seller had on stock and she probably ran out after that piece has been reserved for you and the other interested buyers who also clicked buy now and checked out :)
